The Herb Cottage was engaged to develop a terminology glossary, designed as a key component of the organisation-wide push for best practice, standardisation, and alignment with ISO 21500.

We liaised closely with project delivery teams, the project management office, the finance function and the asset management team to understand the change process underway within the organisation. We developed all content for delivery both on SharePoint and as printed documentation.
