in 2010, The Herb Cottage was engaged to update the Ellipse ERP suite’s Materials stream documentation including single-sourced help, release notes and training materials.

In 2013, The Herb Cottage was engaged on a project to develop the user guides for a major in-house SAP implementation (including FICO and HR modules).

in 2016, The Herb Cottage was again engaged to update the Ellipse ERP suite’s Materials stream documentation. We developed online help and client support systems, single-sourcing all content using Author-It.
