Working closely with the installers and the web team, The Herb Cottage updated the Rainbow Power Solar battery install guides and guidelines. We streamlined the documentation process and updated both content and formatting. We leveraged the client’s CMS to generate snippets and create a large volume of reusable multi-target content for print and online, usable in the field by installers and technicians.
