TechProject/MSP Cube

The Herb Cottage worked closely with the development team and the BA team to develop processes, bring maturity to the development cycle, and document new functionality for Tech Project’s MSPCube Marketplace application.

We worked closely with clients (sometimes on client site in Sydney) to develop requirements and system documentation for both internal targets e.g. API system documentation and end-users e.g. online help, user guides, and getting started guides. We developed templates, and updated existing reports, screens, and documentation to match the house style developed by a design studio.
